Corporate Gifting FAQs

What is the minimum per shipment?

There must be a minimum of 6 pints in each shipment.

How do you ship ice cream? Won't it melt?

We pack our ice cream in an insulated box with enough dry ice to keep pints perfectly frozen well into the evening of the delivery date.

Where can you ship to?

We ship to 48 states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, at this time.

Can I specify when my gift orders will be delivered?

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day, but we can guarantee during a specific week, provided we have all order details and recipient information.

Can I mix and match flavors in one bulk order?

Yes, you can! Please just write the flavors you want for each recipient.
