When does my ice cream ship?

We ship ice cream Monday - Friday. It usually takes two days to arrive after it's shipped. During the checkout, you select the day you want the ice cream delivered. We will ship the ice cream on the day necessary to arrive on your selected delivery date.

How do you ensure my ice cream won't melt?

We pack every box with enough dry ice to withstand the trip to you!

Is it possible to include a personalized message for the recipent?

Yes, you can! You will see the option to add a message during the checkout process. We will handwrite your message on a beautiful card and include in the box.
